Este trabajo nos demuestra claramente que el tema no es nuevo para el Derecho Internacional, y bien por el contrario nos presenta una serie de argumentos jurídicos, incluso considerados en la Constitución Nacional Argentina, que avalan el principio de una jurisdicción universal para juzgar los más graves crímenes tipificados por aquél. Un artículo que deja traslucir una línea de pensamiento y acción comprometida la idea de que la justicia debe alcanzar a los responsables de las mayores atrocidades, donde sea que estos se encuentren.</p><span class="metadata-lang">En inglés</span><p>Universal jurisdiction to judge certain crimes is, at least since the Pinochet case, at the centre of debate over the matter of international responsibility. This paper clearly shows that is issue has been addressed by International Law before and also that there are a series of juridical arguments, even included in the Argentine National Constitution, which endorse the principle of a universal jurisdiction to judge the most serious crimes thereby typified. This is an article which displays a line of thought and committed action, developing the idea that justice must reach those guilty of the worst atrocities, wherever they are.</p></div>}, number={20}, journal={Relaciones Internacionales}, author={Relva, Hugo Adrián}, year={2018}, month={dic.} }
