In this context, the symposium “Bioarchaeology contributions to the understanding of the dynamics of native societies. Current status and prospects” took place in the XVII National Congress of Archaeology (Facultad de Filosofía y Letras, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, October 11th to 15th, 2010). This volume includes eight of the papers presented at the symposium, which are contextualized and commented in this introduction. The thematic diversity given states the progress of the discipline in the country and highlights the great potential in the development of the discipline in the short term.
}, number={2}, journal={Revista Argentina de Antropología Biológica}, author={Aranda, Claudia M. and Luna, Leandro H.}, year={2012}, month={dic.}, pages={3–8} }
