This paper analyzes the “Work Study” at CINDECA by developing a cross-functional diagram. The objective was to identify the main functions of each area involved in providing technological services to third parties, from receiving the request to performing the analysis. Based on the study, it was possible to graphically represent the interactions between the technical, administrative, and support sectors, highlighting bottlenecks and critical points in information management and coordination between areas. This tool not only facilitates a comprehensive understanding of the process, but also allows for the detection of opportunities for improvement and standardization of processes.
