Extensión del psicoanálisis en la institución de salud pública

Abstract

This work is the result of the doctoral thesis Presentation and formalization of the symptom: psychoanalysis applied in Health Centers of La Plata (2017), which deals with the extension of psychoanalysis in its practice and the problems that are presented to respond to social demand. This is how the problem of Applied Psychoanalysis in the Public Health Institution resumes, both nowadays and the origins of the application of Psychoanalysis in the Berlin clinic. In the same way, we present the solution as an attempt to respond to current demands through the psychoanalytic centers of consultation and treatment. In order to problematize the psychoanalytic clinic, it is approached the historical-cultural conditioning and its incidence in the changes in the formal envelope of the symptom, as well as the importance of the presentation of the so-called "new symptoms".
