Artificial intelligences, terms of use and content management (inputs / outputs)
Keywords:
artificial intelligences, intellectual rights, terms of use, inputs / outputs, regulationsAbstract
Artificial intelligences (hereinafter IA) are generating radical changes in (re) production and management of human knowledge. But who belongs to the results achieved through the use of these technologies? Are it mere data/information, intellectual goods and works or a new type of knowledge? What do the terms of use of these contents express? The article aims to analyze what the legal terms of use (private instruments) express on the management of the content generated (INPUTS / outputs) through their AI services. In this regard, five of the most used AI worldwide are analyzed: namely, chatgpt (OpenAi), Gemini (Alphabet), Grok3 (XAI), Deepseek (Deepseek AI) and Manus (Butterfly Effect). The presentation is part of a greater investigation into the global policies and regulations of AI and tensions about the free availability of humanity's intellectual wealth.
