Soporte digital low-code para reuniones diarias en equipos de TI: un estudio de caso

Resumen

La gestión de la información en reuniones diarias de equipos de Tecnologías de la Información (TI) presenta desafíos asociados a la volatilidad del intercambio verbal, la falta de consolidación histórica y la limitada articulación entre herramientas de comunicación y sistemas de gestión del trabajo. Este trabajo desarrolla y evalúa una solución de soporte digital basada en la integración de herramientas tecnológicas low-code existentes, orientada a fortalecer la estructuración, trazabilidad y análisis de la información generada en la reunión diaria. La investigación se desarrolla mediante un estudio de caso en un equipo de TI de 17 integrantes, con participación activa de 12 en el estudio. La solución se organiza en tres componentes articulados: estructuración de updates mediante formularios digitales, consolidación histórica en repositorio institucional y procesamiento automatizado mediante flujos de integración y modelos de lenguaje. Aplicada sobre 54 días hábiles y 567 updates registrados, en el caso analizado se observó una disminución en la duración de la reunión diaria, de aproximadamente 30 minutos a un rango de 13 a 15 minutos, con percepciones favorables en facilidad de uso, claridad estructural y utilidad operativa.
