The current local administration requires having a Digital Digest. In this work we describe the Project of the Municipality of the city of Santa Fe, Argentina, and its state of development. Established by Ordinance No. 12897 of 2021 of the Municipal Council and executed by the Secretary of Government through the Executive Directorate of Institutional Innovation. We explain why we made the decision to make a new software for the municipal legal digest. The tools we use, respecting the free software ordinance. In addition to loading the information, checking its validity and regulatory consolidation, we are taking advantage of the regulatory analysis work to tend towards a Smart Government, accumulating knowledge on the regulations for future projects of administrative optimization and greater efficiency.
