Abstract

The water, a resource as important as it is limited, invites us to think about the actions we take to ensure its conservation and availability. The use and sustainable management of this scarce resource is a global concern that cannot be adequately evaluated due to the lack of data, especially in drinking water systems. Therefore, it is crucial to have relevant and accessible information in a clear and concise manner for decision-making in the field of sustainable water management.

This paper describes the design and development of software that functions as a service to monitor the status of a drinking water network. The system records measurements taken in selected tanks of the network, providing real-time visualizations, storing data persistently, and facilitating the generation of statistical reports and historical graphs.

The development of the system was collaborative and allowed for the integration of knowledge and various computer tools applied to the Internet of Things.
