To introduce the ominous scope of the interrelationship between the potential use of data collected for statistical purposes and informatics, it is necessary to approximate cases in which States used nominal data to plan genocides through populationist, eugenic, natalist, selective immigration or other segregation criteria that justified the violation of confidentiality. Therefore, this research analyzes the specific national legal framework from a historical and comparative rights perspective.
