Single Application Form, a digital and intelligent tool for applying and managing program applications of the Goverment of Córdoba

Abstract

The public administration of the Province of Córdoba aims to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing and responding to citizens requirements through actions of administrative simplification and modernization. To achieve this goal, they have developed the single application form in spanish: 'Formulario Único de Postulantes' (FUP), a digital tool enabling dynamic and intelligent management of applications to social benefit programs within the province.

The FUP centralizes the registration forms of various existing programs, significantly improving the citizen's experience by avoiding redundant data entry, as information already shared with the government is utilized. Moreover, it provides real-time access to available programs. Users can access the FUP through 'Ciudadano Digital' (CiDi) which allows them to apply without the need to visit a public office in person.

The implementation of FUP aligns with the principles of Law 10.619 on Administrative Simplification and Modernization, allowing the Provincial Government to centralize updated information about all social programs and applicants. This centralization improves data quality and expedites the management of social benefits, particularly those with specific admission conditions.
