Electronic Document Management for Municipalities at Buenos Aires Province

This paper presents the evolution of electronic document management in the Province of Buenos Aires, by expanding its scope starting at the current use in the central public administration up to Municipalities at Buenos Aires province. Initial assessment, qualitative and quantitative benefits to be met with the implementation are presented, as well as the adopted strategic approach and the current Project status, and last but not least, the regulations that should be applied for a correct implementation.
