Abstract

In recent decades technology has advanced rapidly and with it the way of working of all people related to IT, today it is totally normal for a team to be made up of people who are in different cities of the world, working remotely or with different time zones and languages. At the same time, the use of agile methodologies; mainly Scrum, have had a great growth in their implementation. For this reason, it is opportune to be able to carry out an analysis of all the challenges involved in using Scrum in a distributed way, also providing a contribution of possible solutions and advices to face them.
