Abstract

In the present work, the validation of the second stage corresponding to the methodology to systematize and standardize electronic government processes through computer services (SCGE_method) is carried out. In this methodology, different aspects such as software, hardware and communications are considered. The analysis of these components makes it possible to generate a comprehensive model based on reusable common services for e-government.

 

The article contains the presentation of some existing methodologies that can be applied to computer services, then a description of SCGE_method with stages and activities is made, to finally carry out the validation of the methodology on a specific service belonging to a government agency.
