In the current article we describe the evaluation instruments made with Google Drive forms, utilized in the evaluation instances of practical assessments resolved in the Wolfram Mathematica platform of the Mathematical Analysis 1 students at the Nacional University of La Matanza (UNLaM). This practical assessment is mandatory, and it is part of the subject’s accreditation process. The space where it is evaluated and developed is denominated computer workshop. The students voluntarily attend to this space, either to make inquiries or solve said assessments. The number of students that should present these assessments per semester is approximately 400. This is the reason why we consider relevant to describe the advantages of the utilization of these forms in the design of two evaluation important instruments: a rubric, to evaluate the domiciliary instance of the practical assessment; and a multiple-choice test, to do the evaluation in the face-to-face instance. We will also show the practical assessment which originated the evaluation of the first instance and inspired the design of the tests regarding the second instance. Finally, we will describe characteristics of the Wolfram Cloud platform and some statistics that can be obtained through these Google Drive complements. What it will be described in the following pages, allows us to say that these forms prove to be versatile and useful tools for teachers with many students.
