This paper will analyze some of the aspects of the digitalization process of judicial processes in the province of Buenos Aires. After presenting the status of some advances, particularly in the process of organizational interoperability, specifically between the Comprehensive Multi-Fuero and Multi-Instance Management system of the Provincial Supreme Court of Justice -AUGUSTA- and the Information System of the Public Ministry - hereinafter SIMP-. Seeking to integrate an interdisciplinary theoretical framework, based on the concepts of interoperability and data quality, they analyze in direct link with key conceptualizations in the legal world, such as jurisdiction and competence, due legal process and defense in court. In short, access to justice in terms of access to rights. In methodological terms, a qualitative approach based on field work from various sources, direct and indirect, has been considered: documentary analysis, statistics, interviews, among others. Questions related to data such as personal information are raised and present challenges around the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in the Administration of Justice are mentioned. Considering the organizational, technical and institutional aspects of the interoperability processes of systems and platforms and from the identification of some problems of a technical nature, but with an impact on the organizational and legal aspects, questions arise related to the process of appropriation of technologies in the field of Justice.
