Abstract

In this paper we propose to make a first approach to the program of the Argentine Technological Fund (FONTAR) with the purpose of contributing, in general, to socio-historical research on science and technology in our country and, in particular, to continue with the contributions to the history (s) of computer science from research that focuses on the elaboration and development of public policies focused on the sector.
