A Virtual Person called Fibra has been created, which communicates by written chat (Telegram) using Artificial Intelligence (ADIPTA Inc. DDL) Fibra takes the patient's Clinical Record (HCI), 'chats' with the medical team, allowing them to enter the history, indicate the treatment and set-up periodic follow-up consultations. The doctor provides the patient with a link and password, then Fibra agrees with the patient, the schedules of the reminders and/or the medical prescriptions for the treatment; Fibra then asks the daily follow-up questions. The patient can tell Fibra at any time if something happens to him. Fibra runs a trained algorithm to detect/predict exacerbations and can perform a triage at any time to determine if it is a relevant contingency, in which case it notifies the medical team immediately. Fibra monitors patients in realtime, tracking symptoms and sending timely alerts to the medical team, based on learned medical criteria.
