Abstract

During the last decades, Mar del Plata experiences a growing transformation process in the labor market. In this context, and having Taking into account the boom in the implementation of technologies, the following work responds to an approach that tries to link an educational perspective with an economic-productive perspective. In this framework, the subject is approached from multiple dimensions: social, educational and historical that allow us to give It tells how the processes that try to link these topics are developed. The research focuses, initially, on the technical schools of the city of Mar del Plata in the year 2022, specifically in computer orientation. Through them, we approach a route that shows us the beginnings of the orientation, how it is implemented and what was taken into account to technological training of its teachers and students. From this, the analysis unfolds objectives: on the one hand, it allows us to think about educational policies tending to train, with new technological capacities, graduates of the technical schools, on the other, to link this process with the idea of thinking city of Mar del Plata as "city of programmers".
