El rol del "desraizamiento" en la educación tecnológica: nuestra experiencia con una MS51 de Micro Sistemas

Technological education seminars and workshops are proposed from different medium and higher level training spaces. It is hoped that the users of computational technologies abandon the condition of passive receptors and are capable of interacting with these technologies with a higher degree of "responsibility" and "awareness". We ask: how did people relate to the computer in the early 1980s, when the figure of the user was an emergent figure? To answer this question, we carried out field work at the FAMAF Electronics Laboratory with an MS51 from Micro Sistemas S.A. manufactured in 1982. The tasks carried out meant an uprooting of our user condition. From that place of uprooting, a horizon of questions was opened about the relationship between hardware and software. Retrocomputing is presented as a practice that induces epistemological questions that challenge the black box state of the computer and as a fruitful exercise to address the problem of technological education.
