Abstract

This article continues with a series of unpublished writings of Blessed Eduardo Francisco Pironio, which he wrote during 1938, when he was a seminarist and student at the “San José” Major Seminary of the Archdiocese of La Plata. In them we can see some of the themes that would later become frequent in his preaching, such as friendship and hope. When they were transcribed, some words of the original were lost due to the poor quality of the paper. The value of these texts lies in the fact that they allow us to know a little more about Pironio in his youth. This essay is a reflection on the history of workers in pre-Christian civilizations.
