Abstract

This paper explains the relationship between attraction/desire, will and love as forms of openness to God's revelation. It also shows how modern paradigms of knowledge mould consciousness with limiting schemes for experience, transforming the world into a collection of depersonalised objects. It then seeks to expose a way of opening up to God that opens up through the decision to love, allowing a view of the world in which all beauty comes from God as a gift that man receives at the same time as he receives himself transformed into a child.
