Criterios de equidad distributiva en el diseño de cuadros tarifarios no uniformes
Abstract
The public enterprises offer water, sewers, gas services, etc., charging tariffs for them. The stablishment of the tariffs schedules is one of their attributions, and their structure depends on the compatibility of multiple objects assign to this kind of entities. This paper analyses how the tariffs would be stablished, when this enterprises follow the objects of efficiency, self-financing and equity. To round up the idea it is said that the rules that are used to stablish the prices in each block and the license fee are an inverse function of their respective price-elasticity and the distributive characteristics.
