Therefore to bring out the characteristics of this market, it is contrasted empirically, the existence of overutilization, the influence of medical auditorship and the presence of profit maximizer medical entrepreneurs, etc. It also shows the problems of overdimension and management in health enterprises. The influence of the public sector and the regional differences are pointed out, too. To conclude, suggestions in order to solve the inefficiencies due to overconsumption are given.
