Abstract

This note extends results obtained by the author in his article "On Passive Money, Inflation, and Economic Growth", Journal of Money, Credit and Banking (1971). It shows, in particular, that the difference between active and passive money with regard to stability behavior deepens when discontinuities in the adjustment trajectories are allowed for.
