Abstract

The history of the male G-spot is a strange invention. In this article the author reflects on male sexuality judged as guilty and patriarchal, subjected to a “depenization” process (penis suppression).
Drawing contrasts with ancient civilizations who knew that desire is driven by deep forces that are not comparable to our intentions. Both the moralizing and the politics of sex have made us incapable of understanding that we cannot confine desire to our “democratic” and rational expectations.
