Abstract

Transforming higher education at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - Facultad Regional Tucumán (UTN - FRT) by implementing a model of Hybrid Classrooms, was a task that implied the incorporation into its digital ecosystem of the use of equipment and strategies in order to achieve the mixed modality in its academic offer. The methodology implemented was descriptive since all the variables and the relationship between them were unknown. It was necessary to provide the faculty with software and hardware to support the model, train human resources, implement and use technologies applied to teaching and learning. Instruments were built for data collection, measurement of the impact of teacher training, and student satisfaction surveys. This was implemented following a hybrid model, but there is no single configuration and each institution must achieve its own, adapted to its context. Teaching and learning within these transformations is still an achievement to be achieved.
