Thinking about Artificial Intelligence in Secondary School: A proposal for thinking about digital citizenship in the classroom
Keywords:

This paper presents a doctoral project based at the National University of Córdoba. This project, based on a qualitative approach and a design methodology, aims to explore the youth knowledge and scholastic knowledge of first-year high school students in Córdoba. It also analyzes potential transformations in their relationship with computational knowledge after experimenting with a didactic proposal that addresses Artificial Intelligence content from a critical perspective. The article first presents a brief rationale for the project, followed by details of its objectives and methodological aspects. This project seeks to make the computational knowledge that students construct in their daily lives more complex, using didactic proposals that include specific disciplinary knowledge in the school setting, not only to understand a world increasingly dependent on technology, but also to actively and sovereignly participate in current debates about the interaction between computers and society.
