Abstract

The Córdoba Regional Faculty of the National Technological University faces the challenge of efficiently leveraging the academic information available in its institutional systems to strengthen the management of programs and courses. This project proposes a strategy for analyzing data extracted from its own academic system, aimed at providing support to different management levels through a web-based software tool with real-time interactive dashboards. The project aims to adapt the information extraction processes to current curriculum and institutional regulations, develop a platform connected to the academic database, define a role-based access permission system, and innovate in information analysis through comparative visualizations and the detection of relevant patterns. The initiative is based on the need to facilitate access to academic indicators that are currently complex or inaccessible in the timeframes required for decision-making. In addition to its institutional impact, the project seeks to transfer knowledge applicable to the academic environment and contribute to continuous improvement in university management.
