Abstract

The work seeks to review a case sponsored by the Legal Clinic of  Consumers, in which an attempt was made, through a preventive legal action, to protect the right to health and to adequate and truthful information of a group of consumers/users of the drinking water service in a neighborhood of the city of La Plata. A review of the facts reveals the multiple and inconsequential legal barriers that the group tried, without success, to break down.
