Abstract

Struggling with traditional methodologies of teaching, Law Clinics offer a new model based on creating a space for reflection about the role of Law in the context of violations of fundamental rights. Hence, Law Clinics at large pave the way for an alternative learning space which promotes emancipatory collective action. Specifically, the University of La Plata Law Clinic, is grounded in the idea that teaching human rights means showing its persistent violations and denial. Feeling is getting involved.
