Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe how we approach a case at the Human Rights Clinic of the University of La Plata. We analyze the glass ceiling barriers that exist in the local justice system, a topic that is relevant not only because of its conceptual richness, but also because of the debate that it has spurred among law professionals. In the light of the questions that arise from this early investigation, we will try to involve the reader into the clinical dynamics: a path made of uncertainties and problems that makes the process of knowledge-building a tool at the service of action.
