The paper investigates the way in which the German philosopher Peter Sloterdijk problematizes the legal forms of human relations within the framework of his Spheres project. As a starting point, the criticism he makes of contractualism and holism is analyzed. These are understood as the two great paradigms of interpretation of the modes of composition of human communities and, together with it, of the relationship between law and society. In contrast, the way in which Sloterdijk conceptualizes the emergence of the human from operations of isolation is exposed, the result of which is the formation of spheres that act as immunity systems, among whose dimensions is its normative constitution. Finally, the paper thematizes the ways in which the relationships between nomos, immunity and anthropogenesis are modulated today, taking into account the conformation of a large post-historical interior space, the spherological metamorphosis towards foam architectures and contemporary telecommunication compactness and its psychopolitical characteristics. Although, it should be clarified, in no way is an exegesis of Sloterdijk's work carried out, where it is necessary, his ideas are related to the thought of some of his main influences, such as Martin Heidegger, Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari.
