Abstract

he COVID-19 pandemic has generated great changes in the way in which homes are habitated, making necessary to rethink the traditional paradigm of home use and design. The objective of this article is to define the new requirements for the design of sustainable housing in the post-pandemic. The methodology to be carried out consists of a bibliographical analysis of the actions carried out in different countries contrasted with a case study through applied surveys to offer perspectives and specific considerations when generating post-pandemic sustainable housing projects, allowing to propose lines of action for different groups of people. maintaining the basic approaches of sustainability and resilience of the houses.
