Abstract

The quarantine completely altered our way of life and accelerated debates that we had pending on different levels. Some new. Others, such as teleworking, which are a few years old and which respond to multiple factors. We seek to make some conceptual approaches and analyze the impact that new forms of production have on the form of work organization, as well as legal and union challenges disappear. The history of mankind has shown that with the evolution of business forms and production processes, new work tools, new forms of consumption, new forms of study, new ways of connecting, new ways of working have been arranged/designed new forms of union and political organization. It is necessary to turn a critical look to listen to what the telework phenomenon responds to as a new form of hiring. As well as to think, project and solve the different difficulties that arise in political union matters (to adapt to a new form of organization that alters our working conditions) and in normative matters (to regulate a new labor reality). In this regard, we will share the fundamental notions of the new legal regime of the teleworking contract.
