Abstract

Every year the International Criminal Court holds a Judicial Simulation Competition at The Hague (Netherlands), organized by the Ibero-American Institute of The Hague for Peace, Human Rights and International Justice and supported by the ICC. The purpose of the competition is to spread the ICC’s mandate, activities and caselaw regarding the crimes of aggression, genocide, war and crimes against humanity, thus fostering knowledge on international law in Ibero-American countries. In this work we will go over the experience that the third group representing the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina) had, which on occasion of the 9th edition of the Competition, which takes place in Spanish, obtained the first place.
