Abstract
El ritmo de la vida moderna, las exigencias de los procesos industriales, las necesidades de un constante incremento de la producción para satisfacer las demandas de una población terrestre que aumenta todos los días en número, han impuesto formas y horarios de trabajo que alteran el ritmo diurno normal de la actividad humana. Grupos humanos, siempre mas numerosos, necesitan trabajar de noche o en turnos rotativos que trastornan el ciclo psicológico normal de la vigilia y del sueño.Downloads
