This work is part of the approved and funded SECYT Research Project (2018-2022): “Variants and segregation processes in the field of ethics and speeches. Its relationship with the concept of the unconscious ”directed by Dr. Mariana Elisa Gómez. The purpose of this work is to investigate theoretical conceptualizations, laws and policies for autism in Argentina, France and Spain, in the field of human rights, social inclusion of people with disabilities and recognition of Autism in society. Likewise, we will investigate the Statute of the Autistic subject for the Law as a subject of law, protection and person suffering. Together with these current issues, we will deepen the notion of modifiable or unmodifiable states in the clinic of mental disorders and the biopolitical status of the singular enunciation of the Autistic subject in treatments and therapeutic protocols.
