Enuresis: un estudio psicológico

Abstract

Muchos artículos tratan Ia enuresis, observándose que no existe un criterio uniforme para su consideración. Según se asume como factores predominantes en su etiología los aspectos orgánicos o los psicológicos, se arriban a conclusiones parciales que frecuentemente surgen de hipótesis parciales. En este estudio se intentó realizar un examen integral del niño enurético que incluye tanto los componentes orgánicos como psicológicos. No obstante, fue de especial interés poder Ilegar a aislar Ia constelación psicológica que facilite la aparición del síntoma, esto es, Ia delimitación del interjuego de actitudes niño-padres, que ya han sido señaladas en algunos trabajos.
