Regularization of rural property for family farmers

The present article analyzes the amendment made by Law No. 27,118 to Law No. 24,374 (known as the Pierri Law, whose purpose is the regularization of urban real estate), reaching, with its entry into force, family farmers who own rural real estate where they reside and produce, as beneficiaries of the law, thereby granting them the possibility of taking advantage of the benefits of this law of regularization of ownership in order to obtain their title. It also reflects on the absence, to date, of regulation in the province of Buenos Aires of Law No. 27,118, and lists some aspects to be taken into account, mainly in order to be able to include as beneficiaries of the regularization family farmers who live and produce in the area known as "Cordón Flori-frutihortícola de La Plata", considered one of the sectors of greatest production of fruits and vegetables in the country.
