Abstract

When planetary power shifts, it feels like history is speeding up. The current changes were predictable. Among others, Francis said it in the Laudato if: this is not sustained. If we remove the ideological mask of neoliberalism, we will see that the world is suffering a totalitarianism, in this case financial, that practices a new form of colonialism that we can call late-colonialism, to differentiate it from the previous stages, that is, from the original and from neocolonialism. This new colonial stage now curls up on itself and paralyzes the world economy.
