Abstract

Dear friends friends... I like to talk standing but having this device in your hand is going to be an inconvenience. The tenth issue of this magazine is really a miracle. You could say it's a classic. That a law journal lasts ten issues, with this volume, with this work - some idea I have of what this work means - not only intellectual but also material work. Nowadays, legal journals are published by publishers as advertising...not as a source of resources...if behind a magazine there is a company we practically know that life is short, one or two copies and the magazine ended. And strange things are happening in the academic world, so we have to be careful... really strange things. Suddenly a magazine asks for articles that the magazine's page offers but at the same time you send them $300 or $400. There are strange things.
