This extensive work consists of four volumes and 2,770 pages. It is prefaced by the prestigious constitutionalist, academic and extraordinary professor at our National University of La Plata, Dr. Jorge Reinaldo Vanossi. There he emphasizes that the book "involves statics and dynamics", alluding to the stages of the constitutional interpretation of our Supreme Court: "static", until the 1930s; "Dynamic", since then. The prologuista affirms that in fact it is a "Treaty", as we have advanced. In a general overview, he says that it has "practicality and timeliness", these have been some of the purposes of the book: the subject is very extensive, and the author has included the most important, not only of the constitutional norms, but also of the international treaties with constitutional hierarchy, and the corresponding jurisprudence and applicable legislation.
