Abstract

This article focuses on reporting the work experiences carried out by the Real Estate Titling Observatory as a Guarantee of Decent Housing and Territorial Information (OMTIT) at the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the UNLP, whose mission is to provide assistance to the community. on issues of ownership titling and access to housing. A historical review of the scenario that gave rise to this university extension space is carried out, including an analysis of the constitutional and conventional legal framework, a review of the mechanisms usually used for ownership regularization such as Law No. 24,374, social deed, judicial processes , among others, continues to describe the actions carried out in a neighborhood of Los Hornos, La Plata district through the observatory project called “Security in the Habitat", and ends by identifying the obstacles found when finding solutions aimed at regularizing, which open new lines of research.
