Abstract

This review presents some notes and comments on the work of Professor Doctor Juan Carlos Corbetta, entitled ‘Perón y la Transformación del Estado Argentino - Estudios de la Legislación 1945-1955’, published in Buenos Aires by Thomson Reuters, La Ley del año 2023, product of his thesis to opt for the degree of Doctor in Legal Sciences, defended at the National University of La Plata, co-directed by Dr. Samuel Amaral and Dr. Ricardo Sebastián Piana and evaluated by Dr. Jorge Vanossi, Alberto Ricardo Dalla Vía and Dr. María de las Nieves Cenicalaya.
