Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present and comment constitutional aspects for environmental protection and use of natural resources. Introduce the new scheme of constitutional distribution of competencies and minimum standards legislation.
Identify challenges and proposals, with a brief overview of a research project with the aim of bringing certain solutions and proposals for the harmonization of environmental legislation in Argentina.
