Abstract

This paper analyzed the Civil and Commercial Code´s method of Argentina.
I study the legal method as a legislative technique. Likewise, the paper will
also outline a compilation of the main aspects of the legal method used by Vélez
Sarsfield in the Civil Code and the one used in the previous reform projects.
