Abstract

This article is a proposal for the teaching of Human Rights from an emancipatory and integral perspective, analyzing historical development, such as the linking of these with the Modern State, the device legal power, the responsibility of the academy and the juridical operators in the unequal distribution of social
structure, in order to deconstruct the paradigm of positivism on which it is currently based. From there, to lay the foundations for teaching in a democratic way, respecting heterogeneity and cultural pluralism, committing itself to the reality and the politics of which it is a part, and thus strengthening the effective and effective fulfillment of Human Rights.
