Abstract

This article examines some positions assumed for some offices of Executive,
legislative and Judicial branches and some State Governments or Legislatures
respect of foreign law, including international law, and religious laws particularly
sharia, Islamic regulatory body. In this sense, this paper discusses some
attempts to ban on court use of sharia/international law. These projects focus o Muslim regulations, but take international law to hide it and as a way to highlight
