Abstract

The following work particularly browse a topic that has not been considered attractive enough for the Uruguayan legal Dogmatic. In this way, we propose, departing from brief comments about relationship between Law and Literature, to perceive the validity of interpretative communities, its projection across social movements, and to visualize them as environments involved in level interpretation of legal discourse, as far as the possible generation of language belonging to law.
