Un percorso sulle rotture epistemologiche nella questione criminale e scenari attuali

Abstract

In this work I will make a brief tour of the epistemological ruptures
that have broken through the ways of thinking about the criminal issue.
When speaking of epistemological rupture I mean that, in the way of studying certain
phenomena, the object of study or the sources changes, as well as the method of study
is modified, while at the same time it is a transversal issue in this field,
the borders that the discipline has in relation to other knowledge, mainly its
autonomic character. Analyzed the main consequences of these ruptures,
I propose to confront them with the current conditions of criminological thoughts,
and explain the epistemological rupture that we experience today.
From the latter, I understand that multiple paths are open to generate content
(and concrete actions) on that new object of study.
